The Inspiration Behind
Preme's Palate
After years of chasing dreams with everything I had, I eventually stopped and looked around. I realized that I had spent so much time working toward the next goal that I could no longer answer a simple question:
What do I do for fun?
I wasn't sure what brought me joy outside of ambition, work, and survival. That realization began a season of solitude, reflection, and rediscovery.
I started doing things that enriched my spirit. I spent more time in nature. I picked up photography. I began riding my bike, visiting museums, traveling, exploring restaurants, and allowing myself to experience life without needing every moment to produce an immediate result. Through those experiences, I began discovering new parts of myself — and Preme's Palate was born.
Preme's Palate is about more than food. It is about everything that feeds us: art, culture, history, nature, travel, creativity, conversation, and meaningful experiences. It documents my journey of rediscovering joy while encouraging others to explore what makes them feel alive.
One day, I hope to take this journey around the world through a television series on a platform such as National Geographic or the Travel Channel — visiting extraordinary places, sharing overlooked stories, and experiencing the world through the people, food, art, and cultures that make it special.
